What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking to appoint an ambitious, talented and committed Teaching Assistant who really cares about helping children to succeed.

We are looking for someone who is kind and reliable, has a passion for working in the classroom or one-to-one, is enthusiastic and builds rapport well with staff and students alike.

To be successful in this role, you will have a good knowledge of current practices on the best ways to support children’s learning and behaviour and promote pupils’ independence, self-esteem and social inclusion. You will give support to pupils, individually or in groups, so they can access the curriculum, take part in learning and experience a sense of achievement. Our goal is for every child to leave our school happy and successful, with memories that they will cherish and skills that are the foundation of their future learning.
