Responsibilities will include delivering small group interventions, supporting pupils with SEND, assisting with assessment and classroom preparation, promoting positive behaviour, and contributing to the wider life of the school.
At times, the role will require covering whole classes in the absence of the teacher, so confidence in leading learning and managing a classroom effectively is essential.
