G3 SCP 9-22, £26,409-£32,654 Full Time Equivalent
Salary pro-rate to hours
32.5 hours per week, term time only,
To start March 2025 or as soon as possible
We wish to appoint two Teaching Assistants who;
Has previous paid experience of working in a school as a TA.
Already holds a relevant NVQ level 3 or equivalent and has a proven track record of contributing to the raising of standards in a school.
Will work in the classroom assisting and supporting the teacher in all aspects of work.
Will work with groups and one to one, where necessary.
Has experience of working with children with special educational needs including children who have SEMH.
Will work in school supporting whole school initiatives.
Has an ability to work collaboratively with all staff.
Will be able to inspire, challenge and motivate all children to achieve
Has a commitment to working strategically as part of a team to improve standards of teaching and learning
Have the confidence, skills and abilities to lead and manage interventions
Be a positive role model in school
