The successful candidate will:

Have an interest and/or experience of working in Early years;

Show a strong commitment to the distinctive Catholic ethos and values of our school;

Have high expectations of children’s attainment, progress and behaviour

Has previous successful TA experience;

Demonstrate excellent numeracy and literacy skills;

Be able to enhance existing provision to support learning and participation;

Develop and maintain effective and supportive relationships with children, their parents and those engaged with them;

Demonstrate excellent behaviour management and communication skills;

Be committed to promoting self-esteem in our children;

Be actively involved in all aspects of school life.
