We are excited to welcome a dedicated and compassionate EYFS Teaching Assistant (Level 3) who is committed to making a meaningful and lasting difference in the lives of young children at St Hilda's CE Primary School.


We are looking for someone who is adaptable, consistent, and patient, with a strong understanding of how to support pupils with a wide range of needs. These may include communication and language differences, cognitive and learning difficulties, personal care requirements, and medical needs. A key part of this role will involve supporting children with complex needs during lunchtime, promoting independence and nurturing positive social interaction.


Some of the pupils you will support may present with:

  • Medical needs
  • Cognitive and learning difficulties
  • Speech and language needs
  • Mobility challenges
  • Personal care needs
  • ASD, ADHD and/or global developmental delay

    Hours of work: 32 hours — Term Time Only plus 5 INSET Days.

    Appointments are subject to an enhanced DBS check and the receipt of suitable references. References will be requested prior to interview.
