Teaching Assistant - Level 3 job summary
Experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant required to start September 2025
30 Hours per week, Term Time Only
Salary: NJC Band 6 points 6-7
Applicants should possess relevant minimum Level 3 teaching assistant qualifications and be able to work as part of a team. They should also be prepared to support children within the classroom and work with groups or individual children with additional needs, as required.Applicants should be:
highly motivated, forward thinking and committed to high quality curriculum provision in a caring Christian ethos.
have a high standard of spoken and written English.
able to demonstrate sensitivity whilst working with others and have good interpersonal skills.
willing to contribute to school life outside of the classroom.
We require an Experienced Teaching Assistant who:
- Is an experienced, outstanding classroom practitioner
- Has an excellent knowledge of the curriculum
- Works effectively as part of a class, key stage and whole school team
- Can contribute to the wider school community
