Holy Trinity CE Primary School is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant Level 3 (TA3) to join our supportive and caring staff team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting children’s learning, building positive relationships and helping every child to succeed.

Holy Trinity is a Church of England primary school serving a diverse community. The successful candidate will be a skilled and reflective practitioner who can work effectively within an primary environment. They will support high-quality teaching and learning, work closely with class teachers to help pupils achieve their potential, deliver interventions and targeted support where appropriate, and help to create a warm, engaging environment where children feel safe, confident and excited to learn.

As part of the role, the successful candidate will also support the running of our Breakfast Club each morning, helping to provide a welcoming, safe and positive start to the school day for our children.

We are looking for someone who:
• Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent relevant qualification
• Is an effective and reflective practitioner
• Has experience of supporting teaching and learning within a primary setting
• Has a good understanding of child development
• Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Has high expectations for every child’s progress and wellbeing
• Builds warm, positive relationships with children and their families
• Works well as part of a team and is keen to develop their practice
• Can deliver interventions and support pupils with a range of needs
• Is flexible, proactive and organised

Salary: Grade E Contract: Permanent, 36 Hours Per Week Term Time Only
