The Trustees at Victorious Academies Trust would like to appoint a Teaching Assistant Level 3 at Inspire Academy, Mossley Road, Ashton-Under-Lyne, OL6 9RU.

Inspire is a two-form entry school with 71 staff and 443 pupils aged between 3 and 11. Inspire’s school values are Inspiring, Discovering, Caring, Improving and Achieving.

Teaching Assistant Level 3 full-time Salary £28,142-£30,518

The role is fixed-term, part-time 30 hours per week, Term Time Only -Plus Inset Days with an actual salary £20,069-£21,763, (Grade E Point 11-16)

We are seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to work with our KS1 department.

The right candidate will be:

• Committed to raising standards and ensuring children achieve their full potential

• Adaptable and able to work on their own initiative.

• Experience in KS1 is desirable

• Will be confident to cover a class when required.

The proposed timescale for the selection and interview process is as follows:

• Applications close @ 5:00pm on Thursday 22nd January 2026 although the Trust reserve the right to close the process early if suitable candidates are identified through our selection process.

• Shortlisting will take place on Friday 23rd January 2026

• Interviews will take place w/c Monday 26th January 2026.
