Can deliver whole class and group teaching sessions to a high standard.
Can engage in quality adult interactions with young pupils to extend their learning.
Is creative and can produce high quality displays.

Can support intimate care practices.
Flexible and able to adapt quickly to support colleagues, children and families
Excellent communication, interpersonal and administration skills.
Able to work in partnership with colleagues, parents and outside agencies to secure the best outcomes for our children and families.
