Are you passionate about supporting young people to achieve their full potential? Do you have the skills and dedication to support students with additional needs in overcoming barriers to learning?

We are seeking a committed and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team. This is a rewarding opportunity to play a vital role in promoting both the academic progress and personal development of our students.

You will work closely with teachers, the SENCo, and other professionals to support students in a variety of settings, including within the classroom, in small groups, and on a one-to-one basis. You will help implement tailored support plans and contribute to creating an inclusive, supportive learning environment where all students can thrive.

A successful candidate will bring experience working with young people in educational or support settings, alongside a strong understanding of additional needs, barriers to learning, and inclusive practice. They will demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to build positive and effective relationships with students, staff, and parents/carers. With a patient, resilient, and proactive approach, they will be committed to supporting young people to achieve their full potential
