With a flexible approach, the successful candidate will:-
Work under the direction and guidance of teaching / senior staff to support groups and individuals in their learning.
Work across the academy to deliver specific intervention programmes, for which training will be provided.
Assist teachers in the whole planning cycle and the management/preparation of resources.
You may also be required to supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of teachers.
Develop good relationships with staff, parents, carers and other professionals.
Contribute to the strong Catholic ethos of our Academies
