About the Role

We are looking for colleagues who are:

  • Passionate about supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing.
  • Skilled at supporting high-quality learning, whether in EYFS or across the primary age range.
  • Warm, patient, caring and able to build strong relationships with children and families.
  • Confident in supporting learning in key areas such as communication, language, phonics and maths.
  • Experienced in working collaboratively as part of a team to create an inspiring, purposeful and joyful learning environment.
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team to create a purposeful, inclusive and joyful learning environment.
  • Committed to modelling and promoting our Christian values in daily school life.

  • Hold a Level 3 qualification.
  • Have experience working with children in a school or early years setting.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a professional, positive approach.

  • Have a genuine commitment to inclusive practice and safeguarding.
