We are seeking to appoint an inspirational Teaching Assistant who can support pupils and inspire and motivate them to be the very best that they can be. The role will include class work, small group work, intervention, developing reading and pastoral support based within a Year Group. If you are keen to support vulnerable readers to close gaps in reading and build the confidence of our wonderful pupils, this is an opportunity to really make a difference. We offer training for Sounds Write to support you with the interventions. If you have the skills, drive and enthusiasm this could be the perfect role for you!

Roselands Infants’ School is a large 3 form entry infant school with a lovely school building, spacious play areas and a really great nurturing team.

  • strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to foster good professional relationships very quickly with pupils, families and colleagues

  • someone who will champion a sense of pride in our pupils and our community
