Teaching Assistant job summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and aspiring individual to join our school. This is a term time only role on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a positive outlook, ensuring children's well-being is at the forefront of your actions.
• Demonstrate a passion for helping children reach their full potential.
• Have experience working with primary school-aged children.

Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Proficiency in ICT.
• Initiative and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Capability to thrive in a high-pressure environment, meeting demands and deadlines.
• Flexibility in approach and thinking.
