What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint for a fixed term of 12 months an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our friendly,efficient and caring team.
The succesful candidiate will be highly motivated and passionate about providing the bestoutcomes for all pupils.
They will have high levels of organisation, proactivity and positivity and be someone who willfully engage children in their learning making a positive contribution to the delivery of quality learning experiencesfor our children.
You will be required to have:
A relevant qualification with good English and Maths skills.
Good behaviour management skills.
Good communication skills.
Experience of supporting pupils with special educational needs.
The ability to use your own initiative
A friendly and caring personality.
The ability to use your own initiative.

Water Mill Primary School serves the communities of Selly Oak and Harborne.
