What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for an enthusiastic TA4 who is able to motivate children, engage them in learning and has the skills, knowledge and experience to play a key role within our PE curriculum team. We are looking for a TA4 who has proven success working within a team and is willing to take responsibility for extracurricular PE and Sport across the school.
The suitable candidate will have the necessary skills and abilities to maintain our very well-established extracurricular PE programme and our achievements in PE and Sport, including the Platinum School Games Kite Mark. We participate in over 60 competitive events each year and the candidate will need to have the necessary skills to sustain or improve on this.
The suitable candidate will beenergetic and keen to make a difference to the learning experiences of our childrenthrough effective support in the classroom and will have an excellent knowledge of the curriculum.
