Teaching Assistant - Fixed Term until July 2024 job summary



We are looking for an inspirational and motivated teaching assistant to join the team at Lime Tree Primary Academy.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality teaching support to primary school children, focusing on maths and numeracy skills. You will work closely with teachers, as well as parents and carers, to ensure that each child is given the best possible opportunity to thrive and reach their full potential.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about teaching and helping children learn and is committed to creating a positive and caring environment. We are looking for someone with a creative and open mind, with the ability to develop innovative and engaging lessons that help children develop the skills they need to succeed.

You will need to be a team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as being organized and able to manage your own workload. Above all, you must be enthusiastic and have a positive attitude to make a lasting impression on our young students.
