What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for people who:  Have experience of working with children who have additional needs such physical disabilities and limited expressive language, and require support with intimate care  Are able to work with children with a range of special educational needs  Are enthusiastic about learning and understand how children learn  Have the ability to use intuition and work independently where necessary  Have the ability to adapt resources/materials to meet the needs of the learner  Can work as part of a team  Can demonstrate a good level of computing skill This is a role suited to candidates with experience of working with Early Years children and/or pupils with Special Educational Needs
