  • Part time - 9:00am – 12:15pm and 12.45pm – 3:45pm 3 days 9:00am – 11.45am 2 days 24.25 hours per week TA 2 1:00pm –3:45pm 2 days 5.5 hours per week TA3 Total hours 29.75hours per week, 39 weeks per year
• Contract type: Permanent
• Pay scale: TA 2 - Grade D - Points 3 - 4 (£20,812 - £21,189) per annum pro rata TA 3 - Grade F - Points 6 - 7 (£21,968 - £22,369) per annum pro rata

What the school offers its staff

Loatlands Primary School is situated in the town of Desborough. We currently have 448 children on roll across the school and nursery. Our children are well-behaved and enthusiastic learners, they enjoy coming to school and there is a supportive and forward-thinking staff team.

Further details about the role

The role is based in our Reception year group currently with 24.25 hours per week as a general class Teaching Assistant (Level 2), including a half hour lunch duty on 3 days and a further 5.5 hours per week providing PPA & Management time cover for the Phase Leader.

Whilst our preference would be to appoint one candidate to undertake both aspects, we would also be happy to discuss splitting the role across two candidates. Where you are making an application for one aspect of the post only, please make this clear on your application form.
