Band C/D £24,790 - £30,060 per annum pro rata (£19,430 - £23,662 per annum)

What skills and experience we're looking for

The successful candidate will:

  • Complement the professional work of teachers by taking responsibility for agreed learning activities under an agreed system of supervision.
  • Provide Preparation, Planning and Assessment (PPA) cover with a significant commitment to whole class teaching.
  • Work collaboratively with class teachers to plan and deliver learning activities for individuals/groups, monitoring and assessing pupils and recording and reporting pupils achievement, progress and development whilst promoting the values and ethos of the school and Trust.
  • Be responsible for the management and development of specialist areas within the school and management of other adults if required including allocation and monitoring of work, mentoring and training.
