Teaching Assistant - Maternity Cover job summary

St. Aidan’s CE Primary School is seeking to employ a dedicated and conscientious teaching assistant to join our talented and motivated teaching team, from September 2025.

Our school welcomes applications from candidates of all faiths and none, who are enthusiastic about working in s school where children our at the heart of all that we do, with a clear vision of ‘Life in all its fullness’ (John 10:10), rooted in the school values of Love, Forgiveness, Courage, Hope, Respect and Wisdom.

You will be working within Key Stage 1 and EYFS, however, there may be occasions where you may be required in other parts of the school.
