Join Stanton Primary School and help us make a real difference in children’s lives. We are looking for a compassionate and committed Teaching Assistant to support learning across our school. Working closely with teachers and support staff, you will help prepare lessons, assist pupils in the classroom, and contribute to a positive, inclusive environment where every child feels safe, supported, and encouraged to reach their full potential.

In this role, you will support pupils with a wide range of learning needs, abilities and backgrounds, helping them to make progress both academically and socially. You will work with individuals and small groups, promote engagement in learning, and help pupils develop confidence, independence and resilience. You may also provide targeted support where required, ensuring that all children can access the curriculum and take pride in their achievements.
