We are looking to appoint 2 x Teaching Assistant at Mildenhall College Academy. The ideal candidate will strive to share their passion for education with our students and join our dedicated team to uphold the Academy’s vision and values.
About you: -
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is self-motivated and has a passion for supporting teaching and learning by establishing supportive relationships with students, helping to raise their self-esteem and develop a positive attitude to learning within a secondary Academy. You will relish the opportunity to work with young people in a vibrant and dynamic learning environment.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, patient, and able to use their own initiative, to support students in the classroom to ensure that they are making progress academically, socially, and emotionally. Previous experience in a relatable role within an educational establishment is desirable but not essential. This role requires, a grade C/4 or equivalent in English and Maths.
