Millfields First School is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive, child-centred environment where every child is encouraged to thrive.
About the role:
✔ Supporting pupils’ learning, both in the classroom and in small groups ✔ Working alongside the class teacher to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons
✔ Helping children develop their confidence, independence, and social skills
✔ Supporting children with SEND and additional needs, where required
✔ Encouraging a love of learning through play-based and interactive activities
What we’re looking for:
A caring and patient approach, with a passion for working with children Relevant experience or a qualification in childcare/education (Level 2 or 3 desirable)
The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting children’s well-being
