What skills and experience we're looking for

• Qualified or seeking to study to at least 3 NVQ equivalent in teaching support
• Good maths and English skills
• An aptitude to support students to access the curriculum both within the classroom, supporting the teacher and in small groups as directed by senior staff or teachers
• With experience in a similar environment, you will be able to plan to effective actions and work well within a team to achieve the best outcomes for our students
