The role and what we are looking for
We are recruiting a creative
and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support our students and teachers in
delivering excellent outcomes for all.
Applicants must have good interpersonal skills and be adaptable
and resourceful when helping students with different needs and backgrounds,
including those with emotional and social difficulties. Most of all, we need
passionate people who want to make a difference to vulnerable students.
Previous experience of
working with young people is essential.
You will be working with a supportive and dedicated team of staff
who believe all students deserve our full support to achieve their very best.

NVQ Level 3 and GCSE Level C or above in English and mathematics.
