Teaching Assistant (Part time mornings only) job summary

We are seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to support our teachers, and help children with their educational and social development, both in and out of the classroom.
The role is a permanent role on a part time basis, 5 mornings per week during term-time. The successful candidate may need to work across key stages. Ideally candidates must have experience of supporting children with special educational needs. Candidates should be computer literate, demonstrating the use of appropriate software and with the ability to record observations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, have the ability to work under pressure, and be able to prioritise effectively.
The person appointed will have the opportunity to work alongside very able colleagues in a well-resourced school. If you are hardworking, patient, flexible and have a genuine desire to work with children then we would like to hear from you.
