Are you a passionate candidate looking to make a difference in the lives of young learners? Pinvin C of E Academy is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our team. The applicant needs to be flexible as the role may involve a mixture of working in Foundation Stage, KS1, KS2 or KS3 classes, or 1:1 with specific children. The role will include some lunchtime duties and there is the additional possibility of extended pm hours as part of the wrap around team, there is also the possibility of some class covering if the successful candidate is appropriately qualified.

The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Provide tailored support: Work closely with children who have special educational needs and disabilities, helping them to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.
- Collaborate with teachers: Assist class teachers in planning and delivering personalised learning activities.
- Promote inclusion: Ensure that all children feel valued and included in all aspects of school life.
- Monitor progress: Track and report on the progress of the children you support, celebrating their achievements and identifying areas for improvement.
