What skills and experience we're looking for

  • Extensive experience supporting children with complex SEND needs in a primary school or similar setting.
  • A sound understanding of a wide range of SEND conditions and evidence-based strategies to support them.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm, patient, and flexible in challenging situations.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
