Teaching Assistant at Priors Hall – a Learning Community
Start Date: September 2025
Pay Scale: D4 £10,765 Annually (Actual)
Hours: 19 hours per week (hours can be worked over 5 mornings a week or over 3 full days).
Weeks: 39 weeks per year (38 working weeks + 5 inset days)
We aim to prepare all of our children for every stage of their learning and of their lives. We want to provide not only strategies for achieving their academic potential but also provide strategies so that children can nurture, and look after, their emotional and mental health too.
We are looking for a dedicated individual to join Priors Hall – a Learning Community and to provide support to our inspiring team of educators. We are looking for someone who is positive, a team player and shares school values.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in delivering high-quality lessons and supporting individual students
- Work closely with teachers to create a nurturing classroom environment
- Support students with additional learning needs to help them thrive
What We’re Looking For:
- Enthusiasm, patience, and a genuine passion for working with children
- Previous experience in a school setting is desirable but not essential
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
