What skills and experience we're looking for

Salary: 2023 Scale 3 point 5 (FTE £21,575)
Job Purpose: To work in partnership with class teachers to support learning in line with the national curriculum, codes of practice and school policies and procedures and to provide support to pupils with additional needs.
Closing Date: 12pm Friday 16th June 2023

We wish to appoint two motivated, flexible, enthusiastic and skilled Teaching Assistants to join our dedicated team.
- Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant with a good understanding of current practice?
- Are you an aspiring Teaching Assistant with relevant transferable skills?
- Are you proactive and willing to go “above and beyond” to achieve the best outcomes for our children?
The ideal candidate for the role will have experience in supporting SEND children and being able to interpret a curriculum to support a child’s needs, whilst demonstrating patience, adaptability and empathy.
The post is offered on an initial fixed-term contract until 24th July 2024.
