What skills and experience we're looking for

An exciting opportunity has arisen atRavenfield Primary Academyfor a exceptional Teaching Assistant to work with an experienced and highly motivated team of professionals.

We are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and talented professional to deliver and implement work programmes to individuals/groups of pupils under direction and supervision of the class teacher enabling them to achieve maximum access and participation in the national curriculum. To work on a one to one basis with a child with an Education, Health and Care Plan, enabling them to effectively access the curriculum. To work under the direction of the class teacher and support learning and teaching in the classroom. To support the Academy's policy on discipline ensuring high standards of pupil behaviour.

The ideal candidate will:

  • have the knowledge and experience of the context in which Ravenfield Primary Academy operates.
