Teaching Assistant Reading Specialist job summary

Noel‑Baker Academy is seeking to appoint a committed, skilled and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant – Reading Specialist to join our supportive and ambitious team. As part of the L.E.A.D. Academy Trust, Noel‑Baker Academy offers a values‑driven culture underpinned by high expectations, strong behaviour, and a relentless focus on improvement. Staff benefit from high‑quality professional development, wellbeing support and the opportunity to be part of a Trust that is genuinely committed to making a tangible difference to the lives of children and young people.
