We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and supportive school team. You will work closely with teaching staff to support learning across the primary curriculum, promote positive behaviour, and help create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment.

About You

To be a good fit for this role, you will be:

  • Capable of working with individual pupils and small groups, under the direction of the class teacher, to provide for each individual child's stage of development and interests, regardless of disabilities, family background or medical history
  • Able to support the class teacher in managing the classroom and its resources
  • Able to support pupils to access learning, develop confidence and independence, and make progress across the primary curriculum
