What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a Teaching Assistant, Science to join our committed team in the Faculty of Learning.
In addition to your Science specialism, key requirements are:
- a passion for supporting SEND including emotional, social and mental health needs and second language learners
- the ability to build positive relationships with young people
- an ability to adhere to the school behaviourpolicy
- a sensitive, caring and patient approach
- the ability to work collaboratively within a team
- a firm commitment to ensuring that regardless of gender, ethnicity or religion students achieve to the best of their ability
- familiarity with special educational needs, neuro-diversity or disability, either personally or through someone close to you, would also be a real advantage.
