Chapel Break Infant School is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team, supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) across our Enhanced Support Provision (ESP) and mainstream classes.

About the Role

  • Work closely with children with a range of SEND needs, ensuring they feel safe, supported, and able to thrive.
  • Provide targeted support for children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals to create inclusive learning experiences.
  • Contribute to our nurturing school community, where every child is valued and encouraged to explore their curiosity.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working with children with SEND.
  • Expertise or strong interest in supporting children with SEMH needs.
  • Thrive training (preferred) or willingness to develop skills in this area.
