Holtspur School and Pre-School is a welcoming, single form entry setting located in Beaconsfield, at the heart of the Holtspur community. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEND Teaching Assistant to join our team.

In this role, you will:

  • Support pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including those with speech, language and communication needs
  • Deliver targeted small group and 1:1 interventions to support learning and development
  • Work closely with class teachers and the SENDCo to plan, adapt and deliver an inclusive curriculum
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress, helping every child reach their full potential
  • Contribute to a positive, supportive learning environment tailored to individual needs

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience working with children with SEND (particularly speech and language or DLD is desirable)
  • Is patient, adaptable and passionate about inclusive education
  • Can work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Is committed to supporting the academic and emotional development of every child
