Teaching Assistant SEN job summary

Hours - 8.45am to 3.30pm Monday to Friday - 31.25 hours per week (30 mins unpaid lunch break), term time only plus 5 training days

We are an excellent, values based Church of England Lower School that aims to welcome everyone and provide the very best education.

We are looking to appoint a highly motivated, flexible and experienced Teaching Assistant to work as part of a professional team working with children with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties in our nurture provision.

The ideal candidate must be experienced, resilient, patient and have good communication skills in order to build positive relationships with children and their families. The post involves a midday supervisory role providing additional pupil support during a lunch period.

Candidates must support the school vision, values and ethos.
