An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Support Team for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join our team-orientated school graded as ‘Good’ in all categories (Ofsted June 2018). The vacancy is for September 2022 or earlier and is on a part-time, term time only basis working 30 hours per week.
The ideal candidate would be an effective role model that sets high expectations and motivates the pupils to achieve. Applicants must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and experience working with SEMH. Your work will be divided between working with students in small groups in the department and in the wider school supporting students in their lessons in order that they are able to access the learning.
The successful applicant will be a dynamic and enthusiastic individual who is able to make the significant contribution required to secure the very best outcomes for SEND students at The Bicester School.
