What skills and experience we're looking for
- Experience of SEND and EYFS/KS1 would be desirable
- English and Maths qualifications to Level 2 (GCSE A-C), or equivalent.
- Teaching Assistant Qualification, or equivalent
- Experience of working in an education setting and children of a relevant age.
- Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding regulations.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both adults and children, of all abilities.
- Ability to engage with and motivate children.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Confidence in using IT systems and software relevant to the role.
