• Full-time equivalent salary: £25,583 to £25,989
• Actual salary: £15,972 to £16,225
• Pay scale: Grade D (SP 5-6)

What skills and experience we're looking for

• Experience of SEND and EYFS/KS1 would be desirable
• English and Maths qualifications to Level 2 (GCSE A-C), or equivalent.
• Teaching Assistant Qualification, or equivalent
• Experience of working in an education setting and children of a relevant age.
• Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding regulations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both adults and children, of all abilities.
• Ability to engage with and motivate children.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Confidence in using IT systems and software relevant to the role.
