Woodfall Primary School and Nursery is a wonderful place to work. Located in the beautiful rural area of Neston, our vibrant two-form entry primary school is easily accessible via several motorway networks.
To strengthen our team, we are seeking a Temporary Grade 4 SEND Teaching Assistant till August 31st 2025 ( this may extend into the next term). In this key role, you will provide high-quality support across the school, including:
- Assisting teaching staff in the delivery of learning activities and work programs and undertake predetermined activities with pupils so that their intellectual and social development is fostered
- Provide input into the planning and evaluation of learning activities for individuals and groups of pupils to enable teaching staff to make informed decisions.
- Prepare and maintain learning equipment and ensure that the classroom is kept clean and tidy.
The successful candidate will work flexibly across all year groups, from Reception to Year 6, supporting children of varying abilities, including those with special educational needs.

This is a 32.5 hours per week role, during 38 term-time weeks per year.
