Salary: NJC Grade C - £19,264 - £20,043 FTE (This will be paid pro-rata to reflect hours and weeks worked) Working Pattern: This is a permanent position working 31.25 hours per week, 39 weeks per year Sidbury CE Primary School is seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant who is enthusiastic, skilled and flexible to work as part of our dedicated and positive team. The successful applicant must be able to work across all phases within our school. At Sidbury, we strive for children to receive the best pastoral care to enable them to fulfil their potential. We aim to find creative ways to inspire the children to learn and to question the world around them. Sidbury is a one form entry, rural school with a very welcoming staff and great community spirit. We are a Church of England School and applicants must be supportive of our Christian ethos. If you are ready for a new challenge or have experience working as a TA we would love to hear from you. The successful applicant will support small groups of children and individuals of all abilities, under the direction of the teacher or HLTA. Part of the role will be to support children with Social and Emotional Needs. This is a C Grade post, hours: 31.25 hours per week across 5 days. Should you wish to apply for less hours, this option would be considered, if it is possible to fill the role with two applicants.
