St Alban’s Catholic Primary, in Cambridge, is a thriving school situated in the heart of Cambridge. It is dedicated to providing both a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for all children. We aspire to enable all our children to achieve, believe and succeed throughout their learning journeys at St Alban’s.
We are seeking to appoint a dedicated, flexible and enthusiastic part-time teaching assistant to join our friendly and committed team. We strive to continuously be a fully inclusive school and are seeking a flexible teaching assistant that is able to support a wide range of pupil need within our school.
Key skills required:
- Experience of working or volunteering with children is desirable.
- High expectations of pupil outcomes and progress.
- Encourage excellent behaviour and act as a role model for our pupils.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- A flexible, collaborative and supportive approach.
- Educated to GCSE or equivalent level, including at least a Grade 4 (previously C) in English and Maths.
- First aid training, or willingness to complete it.

The position is part-time, for 3 days per week.
