We are very proud of our small school; our pupils, our staff, and our wider community. Our Pre-School offers our very youngest children a safe and nurturing, outdoor-based, initial experience of St Kew Academy, before pupils join our school at aged 4. When our pupils leave us at 11 years old, they do so equipped with the knowledge and skills for their next phase of education and for life beyond.

This curriculum has been developed for pupils to follow with their specific learning needs in mind and we work together to nurture and challenge each individual child through our tailored provision. Children take responsibility for their learning and behaviour, developing independence and questioning and decision-making skills. This is reflective of our Trust’s Core Shared Values and our Trust Philosophy of ‘work hard, be honest & help others’.

Working in partnership with our parents, staff and the local community we achieve an effective balance of achievement and progress for all whilst ensuring our pupils are cared for, safe and happy and this balance helps to make our school the special place that it is today. The St Kew family looks after one another.
