Teaching Assistants Required
8.30am to 3.30pm Monday to Friday
Pay Grade B1 (FTE £21,575 pro rata) 39 weeks - term time only
Grade D1 (£22,777 pro rata) may be offered for applicants with significant experience and qualifications to support individual pupils with additional needs
Part time considered
Supporting our younger pupils with limited verbal communication to deliver and provide tailored interventions under the direction and support of the class teacher. Experience required of working with pupils who have ASD and ADHD, to support in 1:1 and small group learning activities. Establishing a collaboration with other staff members and professionals is key to enhancing the learning of our children with significant needs. Experience also of EYFS and KS1 an advantage.
In your application please specify your individual skills and strengths, including any interventions, specialist provision or training you have undertaken that you consider invaluable to the needs of the children within your care. Flexibility and patience required to nurture pupils whose day may look different every day.
Good basic literacy and maths skills are essential for all posts currently advertised.
