What skills and experience we're looking for

To be considered for the role, you must have:

  • Successful, recent experience working with children

  • Experience of working with children with a range of special educational needs and disabilities

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

  • A high level of proficiency in literacy and mathematics

  • A calm, supportive and caring manner

This role will require you to work closely with the class teachers, SENCo and parents to deliver individualised support to children with learning difficulties within a mainstream class setting.
