What skills and experience we're looking for
We’re looking for someone who:
- Good standard of education (5 x GCSEs – English and Maths C or above) or equivalent qualification/classroom experience
- Ability to plan and implement effective actions for children at risk of underachieving
- Builds positive relationships and works well in a team
