What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful candidate will be able to confidently useadaptive and inclusive practicesto ensure all pupils can access the learning. A sound grasp ofphonics, language and communication, and numeracyis essential, alongside the ability to respond flexibly to the needs of individual pupils and small groups. You will support learning across the curriculum, helping to remove barriers and encouraging pupils to develop independence, confidence and resilience.
We are looking for someone who can work effectivelywith familiesand who understands the importance of clear and empathetic communication. The ability to work wellas part of a teamis vital, as you will collaborate closely with class teachers, support staff and leaders to contribute to consistently high quality provision and positive outcomes for our children.
