Teaching Assistant job summary

We are looking for someone to join our SEN as a Teaching Assistant Assistant.​​​​​​​ The role  To support SEND students in their learning both in and out of the classroom, delivering specialist provision and interventions as required.  Supporting SEN students across the academy in class, withdrawal groups and small intervention.  Work collaboratively with classroom teachers and other colleagues to effectively support the learning of SEN students. We are looking for someone who: •           Has the ability to build strong positive relationships with students •           Is resilient and has experience in providing SEN educational support in a school/academy •           Has enthusiasm, presence and authority with a positive, can-do attitude •           Is highly organised, motivated and driven to succeed •           Is able to support students who may exhibit challenging behaviour •           Is a strong team player who will collaborate with colleagues to ensure feedback regarding students is consistent and constructive
