What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking a kind, caring, and dedicated individual to join our team as a Teaching Assistant, supporting a child with EHCP hours in our Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond sensitively to the individual needs of our children
- Demonstrate the ability to work alongside the class teacher to adapt work and provide tailored support across the curriculum
- Build good professional relationships with children and colleagues
- Work effectively as part of a team
- Maintain a warm, positive outlook
Requirements:
- Appropriate qualification in learning support
- Ideally, experience of working in a school setting
- Literate and numerate to GCSE or equivalent level
